TerraSAR-X Science Service SystemThe TerraSAR-X Science Service System provides information about the scientific use of TerraSAR-X satellite data. TSX product specifications can be downloaded through the corresponding links in the menu bar on the left hand side. For proposal or report submission please use the templates prepared for direct filling in, which can be downloaded as pdf-document. Please note that the processing of your TerraSAR-X proposal requires the acceptance of DLR's privacy policy. The acceptance has to be indicated on the proposal document (personal data).
If you don' t accept DLR' s privacy policy, the requested TerraSAR-X data can' t be provided.
Please send the filled documents (in case of report, additional image results and publications as well) to the TerraSAR-X science coordination (tsx.science@dlr.de). If you have any issues regarding active science proposals (change of PI, change or addition of Co-I/person with access, etc.),
ANNOUNCEMENTA new scientific AO has been launched by DLR, INTA (Spanish National Institute of Aerospace Technology) and CSA (Canadian Space Agency): Joint CSA-DLR-INTA Announcement of OpportunityThis call addresses research and development projects lead by German, Spanish and Canadian investigators. The AO is intended to explore the scientific benefits of the radar satellites TerraSAR-X /TanDEM-X, PAZ and RCM constellation, by combining different frequencies (X- and C-band), optimized revisit time and increased acquisition capacity. This satellite combination is a unique data acquisition opportunity for scientific purposes which opens a wide range of new applications, by the combination of monostatic and bistatic images. Interested researchers shall send their scientific proposals to DLR and INTA. Detailed instructions can be found in the AO document.
TerraSAR-X / TanDEM-X Science Team Meeting (October 18th to October 20th, 2023)The agenda with download links to either the presentation/poster, or abstract, is available! |
