SummaryTheobjects of this project is to monitor the building structure health. Thesetargets can be grouped by single persistent scatterers, dominant persistentscatterers, distributed scatterers and random scatterers. SAR image with 1~2mresolution are the prerequisite. Thanks to the TSX mission, it provides morechance to examine the backscattering character and to extract the deformationsof a certain target. More coherent pixels can be detected and their differentbehavior can be exploited based on the precise projection. Shanghaiis a modern city in China and there are large number of huge buildings. Itsuffered subsidence for more than 50 years. We will use time series InSARmethod (such as PS, SBAS) to detect the local subsidence trend in Shanghai. Thebuilding near the subsidence bowl would be selected as the target to do moreanalysis with high resolution data. The uneven subsidence rate of one buildingwill be exploited. And the building which is far away from the subsidence bowlalso can be exploited to find whether there is thermal expansion or not. The STmode images with less than 1m resolution and SM mode with 2m resolution wouldmeet the requirement.
