SummaryMonitoring of structures is an important application of TerraSAR-X data. Specifically, high-resolution spotlight data are a novelty in civilian space-borne SAR systems and are provided to science users for the first time. Within this study, the high-resolution spotlight multi-temporal InSAR algorithms are assessed for mapping such objects as bridges and highways.DLR’s InSAR processing system GENESIS is adapted accordingly and thus an advanced processing system set up. Interferometric stack processing is demonstrated and applied in an exemplary way for subsidence and building’s stress monitoring.
