SummaryRemote sensing technology has been widely used in both civilian and military fields. The advantage of joint processing of multi-sensor is that the consistent presentation of the target may lead to a more accurate and reliable conclusion.First, the single source detection algorithms are tested as the comparing results. Second, D-S evidence theory will be recommended as the criterion of decision level fusion in order to obtain a high detection probability. Finally, the fusion algorithms with the pixel level or feature level fusion as a starting point will be proposed, which may take advantage of SAR image and improved the detection results.This proposal is centering on validation the target detection method on SAR images in the proposal MTH3311.This proposal is a part of multi-sensor joint target detection project which is supported by The National Natural Science Foundation of China.
