Summary(1)Projectobjectives: this research will purpose and verify the precise deformation informationof important building in Beijing, respectively with the measured data fromLIDAR and Ground-based SAR, which can verify the measurement potentiality ofthe high-resolution TerraSAR dataset and be ultimately applied in dynamic monitoringof urban infrastructure. (2)ResearchMethod: a.Obtaindeformation information by D-Tomographic SAR: choosing imaging methods ofcompressed sensing and using D-Tomographic SAR technique and 3-meter or 1-meterresolution TerraSAR data, the deformation information will be retrieved for someurban building and important bridge in Beijing. b.Preciseverification with LIDAR measurement data: utilizing LIDAR measurement data ofthe special building in test site to verify the precision of deformationinformation, which extracted from TerraSAR data. The relative LIDAR measurementdata must composed with two time phases between the research duration, and, throughcomparing the results, the precision assessment for different method will be provided.This part of work has been executed in our research team, and the first resultwith small group 3-resolution TerraSAR dataset has been obtained. c.Preciseverification with Ground-based SAR measurement data: Choosing an especial andimportant bridge in Beijing, and, using the Ground-based SAR to obtain thedeformation information, and comparing with the test result from tomographicSAR technology. Finally, the precision assessment of deformation informationextracting from TerraSAR dataset will be achieved. (3)Datarequirement and acquisition plan There will be more than 30 imagesof 3-meter or 1-meter resolution TerraSAR data required in this project, thedetailed data requirement information is listed as: Amount: 31 images; Resolution: 1 meter or 3-meter; Imaging mode: stripMAP; Imaging area: covering the mostpart of Beijing area, China (N 3926 TO 4103; E 11525 TO11730); Data acquisition plan: 11.2016~12.2016or 1.2017 (4)Deliverablesand assessing criteria : The predicteddeliverables include such as: 2 articlespublished in international journals; 2 patents submitted in China; A final research report on precisionassessment retrieved the 4D information of urban infrastructure withtomographic SAR technology. On the other hand, oneof the assessing criteria for the success of the project is as following: a.Thefinal deformation accuracy should be not lower than cm grade; b.Themethods of precision assessment should be capable of application in monitoringmore urban area of Beijing. (5)Funding:all of the work is funded by The National Natural science foundation-youth foundation(No.61501019) and Scientific Research Project of Beijing Educational Committee(No.SQKM201610016008)
