SummaryThe proposal is focused onthe exploitation of very high-resolution images TSX data for damage mappingpurposes. A number of features extracted by SAR images are analysed to identifythe most suitable set for change detection. For such purpose, a sensitivity analysiswill be performed by comparing the SAR derived features with respect to detailedground truth data. The standard methods for change detection (imagedifferencing and rationing) are also compared with metrics derived from theinformation theory, such as Mutual Information and the Kullbach-LeiblerDivergence. The textural parameters are also taken into account. In addition, fusionmethodologies will be taken into account for merging multiple features with theobjective of increasing the accuracy of the damage assessment.
