SummaryThis activity is a project on the use of space-borne SAR for reconnaissance and surveillance. The teams main objective is the development and evaluation of target recognition techniques and capabilities in a complex environment, such as airports and harbors with strong and manifold background clutter. The capabilities of target recognition techniques will be studied with the new high resolution imaging mode of TerraSAR-X.
